

Lisa qualified as a personal trainer (PT) through "Premier Training International" (a nationally recognised training company). Lisa is an advanced level 3 instructor of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS).
For your piece of mind, Lisa is fully qualified in first aid and CPR.

Depending on your timescales, sessions can be taken up to three times weekly/monthly - it all depends on your flexibility and how quickly you wish to achieve your goals.
Training sessions can be held at a number of venues:
1 hour Sessions for groups of 2 to 5 friends/collegues can be booked. Lisa will attend your place of work, your own home or even your own fitness venue and instuct a class during your lunch hour. This is great for people with little free time and equipment is included. Why not get a few of your friends together to exercise and socialise at the same time?
Pilates is a body conditioning method that works in a different way to other fitness techniques. Targeting the deep postural muscles, Pilates works by building strength from the inside out, rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct alignment. It helps to reshape your body, which will become longer, leaner and more toned. It will also improve your posture, achieving the perfect balance between strength and flexibility, and it is a great way to relive unwanted stress and tension. It's slow, controlled approach means that it gives much longer-term results - and it is especially recommended by medical specialists for those with back problems.

The session lasts 50 minutes to an hour. All equipment is provided, including the latest up to date music.
