Hi there, welcome to my site. My name is Lisa Heptonstall, aged 25, a personal trainer and I live in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.
I have 8 years experience working in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor. My professional, enthusiastic and friendly approach makes my clients feel at ease and motivated to achieving their personal goals and succeed in life.
I have a knowledge, skill and drive and ability to to make exercise enjoyable whilst achieving my clients individual goals. My client base ranges from beginners to athletes, vary in age from 11 to 80 years old and of all abilities.
Part of my work is dedicated to clients who suffer from disabilitating illnesses such as Parkinson's disease, M.E and Diabetes. I also run a highly successful childrens fitness programme in many schools around the Harrogate area. Run in 6 week blocks, the classes include dance (Street, Salsa, Bollywood), Combat, Pilates, Hula Hooping, Fitness Cheerleading and encourage healthy eating. These classes are being enjoyed by hundreds of children agead 11 to 17 in an attempt to promote positive body image, confidence and to encourage childrens enjoyment of exercise and fitness for life.
I teach a variety of local community classes in Harrogate and Knaresborough. These classes are open to all, whetever your fitness levels, and enable everyone to attend and experience these fantastic health and fitness sessions.
